In conclusion, despite the difference in opinions, Gulf Airways has successfully managed how it handles different client needs from diverse clients. The company should ensure it has efficiently invested in customer research and development. Gulf Airways enjoys a great depth of market value coverage in the Middle East. By comparing the diverse client needs, the company should ensure that it uses customer experience analysis to monitor customer experience. In addition, the company should improve service delivery to ensure customer-centeredness. The use of strategies such as comparison between the customer’s experiences across different levels ensures that the company remains competitive.
