Develop a three- to five-page paper that analyzes the key issues surrounding global leadership development. In your paper:

• Describe at least four key issues in global leadership development. Some possible suggestions are identifying high potential employees, mobility, and supporting global coordination.
• Analyze the major challenges of each of the selected issues.
• Discuss IHRM practices and strategies that address each of the four selected issues.
