What makes a good strategic plan? For this activity, you will explore this question and try to identify the elements needed to develop an effective strategic plan. You will be able to use your research to help you complete next week’s Strategic Plan assignment.

Before you begin, make sure you have read Chapter 8 of the text from this week’s reading, “Strategy Formulation and Execution.”
