Learning Description

The learning journey has been an excellent experience, filled with excellence in understanding my position as a registered nurse in Australia. It is a beneficial process that can be best illustrated using Gibb’s Reflective Model on the learning experience (University of Cumbria, 2020). It will be within my scope to focus on the course work’s highlight within the first to the fifth week on the unit. I recall week one involving an introduction to the course and an overview of required readings and course content. I first interacted with Gibb’s reflective model within week one and embraced a different framework before commencing the course.
