For this task, you will conduct in-depth research of recruitment violations previously occurring throughout the NCAA. By using the NCAA Legislative Services Database, located under your weekly resources, select two recruitment violations previously occurring at the collegiate level. Next, write an essay including the following:

• Explain the infractions.
• Justify the penalties from previous infractions and precedents.
• Provide your opinion(s) on whether the sanctions were fair or needed to be altered.
• Present new procedures you would implement to prevent these types of violations in the future and explain the logic behind each procedure.

Length: 5–7 pages, not including title and reference pages

References: 3–5 resources

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
