Finding a Viable Solution for Process Improvement

The culmination of the Define, Measure, and Analyze phases of the DMAIC methodology should come together in a way that helps the Green Belt team and stakeholders develop a feasible solution for process performance improvement.For your initial post, address the following: 

• Identify a process with which you are familiar
• Recommend a specific example of a process improvement 
• Explain what tools or techniques would be used in the improvement process
